Redkite Solicitors is proud to announce the strategic expansion of its commercial services team with the recent appointment of two highly experienced legal professionals: Siôn Tudur as partner and head of corporate based in Cardiff, and Gemma Millard as property and commercial strategy partner based in Cirencester.
With over two decades of experience in corporate and commercial law, Siôn Tudur joins Redkite’s Cardiff office to lead the firm’s growing corporate team.
Tudur brings a wealth of expertise from previous senior roles and is well-regarded for his strategic insight and client-focused approach.
“I’m genuinely excited to have joined Redkite Solicitors, heading up the corporate team,” said Tudur.
“The firm has accomplished so much and has some ambitious plans, which I’m excited to support in driving this next stage in their growth.”
In Cirencester, Millard brings 16 years of diverse legal experience, having worked both in-house as general counsel and company secretary for a listed financial services organisation and as the founder of a niche private practice law firm.
Her background spans commercial real estate, senior operational leadership, financial services, pensions, and fintech. Appointed as a member of AMPS (Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes) and known for her ability to deliver practical, commercially driven solutions, Gemma will play a key role in strengthening Redkite’s commercial property proposition in England and spearheading further expansion of commercial services across the south-west region.
“I was drawn to the firm by the enthusiasm and character of the senior leadership team,” Millard said.
“Their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation is inspiring. I’m excited to contribute not only as a property lawyer but also by leveraging my experience in strategy, business processes, and culture to help shape the firm’s future.”
Paul James, head of commercial services at Redkite Solicitors, commented on the appointments: “We are thrilled to have welcomed both Siôn and Gemma to Redkite Solicitors, who have been settling into their new roles over the past few weeks.
“Their extensive commercial expertise and proven leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow.
“These appointments further strengthen our award-winning commercial team and come at a pivotal time as we continue to expand and cement our presence across Wales and the South West.”
