Two funding wins by Tewkesbury Borough Council will see new a woodland and a number of community orchards planted, all to mark the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

Two funding wins by Tewkesbury Borough Council will see a new wood planted in the brough and it hopes also a number of community orchards, all to mark the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
Tewkesbury Borough Council has successfully secured two funding bids from the Coronation Living Heritage Fund (CLHF) for the installation of a new Coronation Micro Wood and to launch a Coronation Community Orchard grant scheme in spring 2024.
The council has been awarded a total of £41,915 from the CLHF, which was set up to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III and support local tree planting projects across England.
