We endeavour to deliver the highest standards we can, but we are only human and in the event you do not feel we have met that promise please do let us know and we will do out very best to make good.
The Raikes Journal is here to champion quality journalism and as a result is committed to high standards and adheres to the Editor’s Code of Practice. But its team is only human, and will sometimes make mistakes. We believe in being transparent about what we do, and in those cases where our standards have fallen below those we aspire to we would appreciate your feedback to ensure we make any necessary corrections.
How to complain
If you think something we have published does not adhere to the high standards of Editor’s Code or Practice or is not accurate please email andrew.merrell@raikesjournal.co.uk within three months of publication of the article.
In that email please also include…
The title and URL of the article in question.
A clear explanation of the complaint including any specific detail, words or phrases you object to or think are inaccurate and why this is the case.
Your name and that of the organisation or business you represent.
