Acquirz, the award-winning B2B data solutions and email marketing agency is marking five years in business with the appointment of Vickie Stacey as head of data operations.
The milestone follows remarkable growth and a raft of strategic hires - including several senior appointments – as the agency continues to scale at pace.
With its seven-figure turnover now up 40 per cent year-on-year, Acquirz’s has seen its client base grow by 600 per cent and its team expand by 800 per cent since 2020. From launching with just 10 clients during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency now works with over 50 large enterprises and SMEs – including many iconic global brands.
Joining the team at Acquirz’s Cheltenham office, Vickie brings over 28 years of experience in the data industry, progressing from a Data Entry Executive to IT Analyst before taking on her new position.
An expert in customer acquisition solutions such as telemarketing, direct mail and email marketing, Vickie has led the development and implementation of innovative procedures to enhance data accuracy, boost operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality, tailored services – all while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Stacey will apply this expertise in her new role to tackle complex data challenges and transform raw information into valuable business insights.

This year Acquirz plans an ambitious 33 per cent growth in headcount, a projected 40 per cent increase in turnover, and the launch of several new tech products and services to drive innovation in the sector.
In addition, the agency is focusing on long-term sustainability, integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into its core business strategy by implementing comprehensive initiatives including reducing its carbon footprint, enhancing workplace diversity and inclusion, implementing transparent governance practices, and investing in community-driven projects that align with its values of ethical growth and social responsibility.
