Law firm welcomes new expert to its ranks
Specialists in property law, Frank Smith & Co Solicitors, has announced a new recruit to its ranks as the firm expands.
Set up in 2016 as a specialist law firm advising on all aspects of property law, the Cheltenham-headquartered business has gone from strength to strength.
Latest recruit to be named is Natalie Smith, whose appointment will see the firm “build its private client department increasing the inventory of services it can provide to its clients”.
Ms Smith, no relation to the firm’s namesake, has been a qualified solicitor for 10 years and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the industry body for those specialising in private client work.
She will be well-known within the county’s legal circles having worked for WSP solicitors in Dursley and Stroud, Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) in Cheltenham and Hereford and most recently Lodders in Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Ms Smith, who grew up on a family farm, said: “I am a professional, approachable, friendly and conscientious private client solicitor. I deal with matters in the most efficient and effective way for my clients and I enjoy the rapport that I build with my clients. I believe my farming and equine background allows me to understand the issues facing my rural clients and wider community.”

Her work will be of a general private client nature including wills, powers of attorney, probate and tax planning. Natalie has a particular specialism in agricultural and high value estates.
