When people are willing to leave what is regarded as the Premier League of their profession to work in your Gloucestershire offices, chances are something is going very right.

Which is what has happened in the case of accountants and business experts Randall & Payne, which has revealed its latest new face.

Ryan Moore is its new audit director, having already exercised his skills at big hitters EY and BDO.

“Ryan Moore arrives following a number of years’ experience in the Big 4 and at BDO where he led complex audits for clients as a senior manager,” said a statement from Randall & Payne.

“In addition to this, Ryan sits on the disciplinary and regulatory committee for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and was recently recognised on the list of ICAS Top 100 Young CA’s 2020 (Institute of Chartered Accountants).

“Ryan is looking forward to the opportunity to add value to his new clients by delivering strong audit insights to boards.”

Mr Moore said: “The South West is such a vibrant and fast-growing business community and the role presented a compelling opportunity to work with fast growing businesses and alongside a fantastic team.

“It’s a great time to be joining such an ambitious firm and to be working in audit, which is an industry that is currently in the spotlight and being redefined. I’m looking forward to adding value to the firm, our clients and the wider businesses community.”

He is not the only new face to join the team sheet at the Shurdington-headquartered business, with audit semi-senior, Saman Nahimalegedara also signing.

And the firm is continuing its long-standing tradition of growing its own talent, with the appointment of three trainees to the accounts and tax teams - Joe Lock, George Roberts, Simeon Jones with another starting in the next couple of weeks.
